Parents, this Sunday, December 18, is great day for your kids to invite their friends to Discovery Land. Discovery Land is hosting a huge "Celebrate Jesus!" party for kids preschool - 5th grade. Take time to think about your neighbors and bring families to church with you. Invitations were handed out last Sunday and you can pick up more from the DL Information Booth.

We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done. Psalm 78:4

This Thanksgiving let us give thanks and praise God for what He has done in the lives of our kids. Please share a "kid-sized" testimony of God at Work as a blog comment or on the AAC Discovery Land Facebook page.

Hey parents! We are looking for more people to proclaim God's Word to our kids. If you would be interested in serving in Discovery Land we would love to talk with you! Opportunities are available for helpers, teachers, Early Childhood, substitutes, welcome team, Awana leaders, Library assistance ,and more. You will be surprised how much your family will grow spiritually when you serve and learn in Discovery Land.

Recently, during the DL mission adventure, it was wonderful to see so many kids openly say that they would be willing to go anywhere, at anytime to proclaim the good news of Jesus! Your kids "get it!" Coming to church is not about "knowing" Scripture, it is about having a pure desire and heart that will live it out. Continue to coach your kids spiritually at home so they are prepared to go to the ends of the earth with the good news of Jesus!
